I'm brought in when something valuable has not yet become as clear, compelling or commercially powerful as it could be. A founder with a serious business but no public voice. An athlete whose potential extends beyond competition. A brand the market has not fully understood. An artist being seen too narrowly.
The sectors change. My role does not: understand what the opportunity is really about, establish the position, then build every decision backwards from it. The strategy, the creative, the partnerships and the people required to deliver it.
I stay through execution, because that is where positioning becomes reputation, ideas become assets and potential becomes something the market can recognise.
