The musicians a headline act cannot go on without are booked constantly and understood narrowly. Extraordinary at the craft, undersold as a business.
What I did
Managed the careers, then advised them long term. Built earnings around the stage role rather than under it: solo work, brand campaigns, a label, festival billing.
What changed
Musical director on one of the biggest tours in the world. Fifteen years of stadium and arena touring. Names that now travel on their own.
